Judge dismisses bridge lawsuit; town appeals decision

A Miami-Dade County Circuit Court judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Town of Miami Lakes to stop construction of the Northwest 170th Street bridge from extending onto the town’s northwest boundary.
