Third COVID-19 testing site in Miami Lakes sees patients

        A COVID-19 testing site in town will see patients during the month of September. Brandon Diaz, 23, of  Tavernier, graduated Aug. 2 from Florida International University.     Diaz, a marketing and digital services specialist for the Town of Miami Lakes, earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing.      Diaz said he also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from FIU, as well as certificates in marketing research and analysis and social media and e-marketing, all in 2019.     Diaz grew up in...
