It was a victorious game for the Pace High School’s girl’s soccer team as they defeated local rival Mater Lakes Academy, 1-0, on November 30. Last week, Miami Lakes K-8 Center teachers, administrators and staff planned a wonderful family night for students and their parents. Staff, families, and community members had the opportunity to gather at the school for an evening of books, food and quality time. Teachers read their favorite story books to groups of students throughout the campus. More than 500 families enjoyed an evening of reading and dining at a line-up of food trucks.

Pace High School celebrated some of its brightest students as 48 members were inducted into the school’s National Honor Society (NHS) chapter on December 4.
