Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is seeking volunteers to lead guided interactive tours for its visitors. An information reception for those interested in becoming a Volunteer Guide will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, in the Courtyard of the Main House, 3251 South Miami Avenue. Miami Lakes Veteran’s Committee will host its annual Flag Retirement Ceremony at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, at the site of the Veteran’s Memorial in front of Town Hall, 6601 Main Street.
