  Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force is hosting a Family Fishing Clinic at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, at the Optimist Park Marina, 6411 N.W. 162 Street.   Miami-Dade County Animals Services is waiving adoption fees for large dogs over 35 pounds from now through April 30. All large dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to go to a forever home. Adopters are responsible for a $27 license fee.
