  Monsignor Edward Pace High School’s varsity boys basketball team has started their season 5-0, including winning their first and second district games against Mater Lakes High School 99-81 and La Salle Catholic High School 95-90. They have done this by using an up-tempo “run and gun” style of play. The "Runnin’ Spartans" average almost 100 shots per game, with almost half of those being 3 point attempts....
  American Senior High swimmer Ryan Capote (left) won first place in the recent GMAC 50 free style and placed second in the 100 free style.
