Students from Barbara Goleman Senior High School won 2nd place on Feb. 28 in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ Mock Trial Competition among 20 schools.

The students, led by Teacher Ana Soto-Gonzalez, belong to the school’s Mock Trial Team, the Honors Law Society and are in the Law School Magnet Program.
Goleman lost by 3 points to Everglades Preparatory Academy, Soto-Gonzalez said.
