The website provides data on demographics, consumer spending trends, and labor force statistics which are key indicators for businesses when looking to relocate or expand.
The Town of Miami Lakes encourages local brokers and realtors to upload their available commercial spaces to help give the community a competitive advantage in attracting potential employers to the town by visiting the website and click on the “Add Properties” icon.
