As a part of Miami Lakes’ last developable site in Town Center, Miller Construction has completed the 36,700 square foot Crescent Pointe mixed-use building for owner and Miami Lakes master developer The Graham Companies.
The two story, class A Crescent Pointe, located at 15121 N.W. 67 Avenue, adds high-profile office, restaurant and retail space to the nationally recognized, 225,000-square-foot Main Street development at the heart of Miami Lakes. The Graham Companies’ Philip Wyllie is managing the leasing of the second-floor office suites and ground-floor retail spaces, where confirmed new tenants currently include Mercantil Bank, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Sergio’s Cuban Café + Grill.
In its fourth project for The Graham Companies, Miller Construction created an upscale corporate address for both office and retail prospects. From detailed stucco trim to lobby millwork which is carried through to the ceilings, the building’s style and character perfectly complement its functionality and convenience.
Precise staging and scheduling were critical at Crescent Pointe’s tight site and Miller’s crews expedited parking lot completion to provide additional spaces for nearby restaurants. As the social hub for Miami Lakes, the busy Main Street area includes restaurants, retail shops, apartments, offices, Don Shula’s Hotel, a 17-screen theater, the Main Street Playhouse as well as civic facilities, including the Town of Miami Lakes Government Center.
“Crescent Pointe has the refined design and detailed craftsmanship we envisioned for this vital Main Street link,” said Lester Debs, Construction manager for The Graham Companies. “Partnering with Miller’s team gave us a building of lasting quality, delivered with the utmost consideration for the convenience and safety of the surrounding businesses and visitors.”
Miller’s most recent project for The Graham Companies was the 51,200-square-foot new South Florida campus of tenant Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez in Miami Lakes Business Park West.
Stiles Architectural Group designed Crescent Pointe and the engineering team included Blaney Engineering, structural; Schwebke-Shiskin & Associates, Inc., civil and Kamm Consulting, MEP.
