Dave Wagner, organizer of a traveling golf group called the South Florida Swaggers, decided to bring his 16-year-old son, Eric, along with his group to play the Senator Course at Shula’s Golf Club.
Even though only 16, Eric, a member of the Golf team at Archbishop McCarthy High School, can play. In fact while playing with his dad, he used a 5-Hybrid on the 178 yard par 3 hole and made a hole-in-one.
The proud father bought a round of drinks for his fellow golfers while Eric enjoyed a soft drink. The golf club congratulates Eric and imagines that Wagner will soon follow in his son’s footsteps.
