There’s still time for Miami Lakes children to get free tutoring for their SAT test.
Miami Lakes Education Advisory Board is offering the free SAT Prep classes for students entering their junior and senior year of high school. The program is open to Miami Lakes residents and is limited to 20 students and provided on a first come, first served basis.
The final session will take place on August 8-12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Town Hall, 6601 Main Street.
All interested students must register at www.miamilakes-fl.gov/eab. Registration and a $20 deposit (cashier’s check or money order) must be received one week prior to each session to reserve the student’s spot. The deposit will be refunded once the student completes the SAT Prep course. Registration will close once the classes reach full capacity.
