Hialeah Garden's 'Summer' named Grand Champion

Hialeah Gardens Middle School students participating in the Agriscience Program participated in the Florida State Fair beef cattle/Miniature Zebu competition in February and their beautiful “Summer” was awarded the highest possible award of Grand Champion Senior Cow. The judge described her as “picture perfect!” “Summer’s” new 1-year-old “Autumn” won 3rd place in her class. “Summer” was donated to the school by The Graham Companies and students and staff expressed their appreciation for the support and opportunities.
