Local elected officials prepare for state lawmaking season

     Fla. Rep. Tom Fabricio, R-Miami Lakes, posted this photo on social media on Feb. 11 after Miami Lakes Mayor Josh Dieguez and Town Manager Edward Pidermann visited Tallahassee to meet with him and Fla. Sen. Bryan Avila, R-Miami Springs. Fabricio wrote that they discussed goals for legislation and appropriations that will benefit the town. The legislature’s regular session begins on March 4
