Cheerleading team manager Jessica Torre, and team coach Amy Cao for Immaculate Conception Catholic School (ICCS) worked together with Menchie's of Miami Lakes to fund the cheerleading team in a creative and sweet way. Students at ICCS helped their school cheerleaders by heading to Menchies to buy their favorite ice cream. The classroom that raised the most in sales, Gloria Gonzalez's 6th grade class, won a Menchie's party at the school. “We love to do fundraisers. It’s a wonderful way for us to give back to the schools and our community,” said Menchie's store owner, Adriana Rivero.
