Christina Wuersch Arias, a Miami Lakes resident since 1978, and Joy Vodofsky were the speakers at the January 25 meeting of the Miami Lakes Garden Club at the Mary Collins Community Center.
They both have a love of gardening and healthy living and their topic was “Tower Garden®”, a state-of-the-art vertical aeroponic growing system. The system is perfect for rooftops, patios, balconies, terraces – just about any relatively sunny place outside.
Tower Garden is easy to assemble and maintain. There’s no soil, no weeds, and no ground pests to worry about.
Further, the system helps home gardeners eat more fruits and vegetables by letting them grow vine-ripened produce outside their back door.
