MLK-8 Center celebrates Dr. Seuss Day

      Kindergarten students at Miami Lakes K-8 Center celebrated Dr. Seuss Day on March 2 by wearing matching shirts, reading “The Cat in the Hat” and other titles and enjoying a breakfast of green eggs and ham. Also known as National Read Across America Day, it celebrates the birthday of author and illustrator Theodore Seuss Geisel, to foster a love of reading at all grade levels.
