MLK-8 Center students show some kindness to Crandon Park

The Random Acts of Kindness Club at Miami Lakes K-8 Center went to Crandon Park on Key Biscayne on April 27 for the Club’s third annual beach clean-up. 

 Club members from third through sixth grades picked up litter and debris around the picnic grounds and behind dunes. 

 The kids were joined by family members. They filled three large gallon bags with trash picked up in the public park during the afternoon, the school said in an email.
