Town of Miami Lakes invites residents, neighborhoods, and homeowner associates (HOAs) to apply for the Neighborhood Matching Grant Program.
The Town Council adopted the program to encourage neighborhoods to plan and work together in a dynamic fashion in order to accomplish neighborhood-based goals and objectives.
The grant provides Miami Lakes’ neighborhoods an opportunity to make improvements and/or enhancements to ensure their long-term viability. The Town will match, dollar for dollar up to $5,000, per application.
The intent of the program is to support a comprehensive beautification strategy managed by the Town with the recommendation of the Neighborhood Improvement Committee. These projects will improve the physical, cultural, and recreational conditions in Miami Lakes’ neighborhoods.
