New Testament Baptist Church (NTBC) and it’s ministry Dade Christian School will host their 8th Annual Carnival on February 21 to 24 at the Dade campus, 6601 N.W. 167 Street.
Since its inception in 2011, the Annual Carnival has reached out to the community welcoming families to a child-friendly fun environment while also raising money for NTBC and its ministries including Dade Christian School, The Master’s Academy, Joy Ladies Ministry, Men’s Ministry and many others.
“We have the carnival every year to reach out to the community in many ways that are unique. In that sense, we look at the carnival not only as a fundraiser, but as a friend raiser also,” said Pastor Rey Cruz.
Admission is free and so is an entire section of the parking lot. Pre-Sale wristbands are on sale now for all the great rides. Wristbands give 4-day passes and unlimited rides for $45, and a ticket book of 25 tickets is available for $15. The pre-sale ends February 19. Prices for each item increase if purchased at the gate. Rides cost about 4-6 tickets and food is also sold with tickets. VIP parking is also available for $5.
Carnival hours are Thursday, February 21, 5 to 10 p.m.; Friday, February 22, 5 to 11 p.m.; Saturday, February 23, noon to midnight; and Sunday, February 24, 1 to 10 p.m.
