On Wednesday, August 20, New Testament Baptist Church will host the third Compel Night which is open to all middle and high school students in the local community. The event begins at 7 p.m. in the Dade Christian School parking lot and will end at 9 p.m.
A featured rock band, Unmasked, will perform and a special guest speaker, Jay Sanders from Word of Life, will make an appearance to launch the youth night into the new school year.
Meet and greets and worship will also take place. The festivities will continue outside for a gladiator jousting battle. Free pizza will be available and burgers and hotdogs will be available for $3. Games and activities are scheduled and prizes will be awarded.
