Kendall Montgomery, a Class of 2010 alumnus from Monsignor Edward Pace High School and a former defensive end with Bowling Green State University, signed as a free agent with the Miami Dolphins in early May.

With this signing, Montgomery fulfilled his dream of becoming a professional football player. At Pace, he was an accomplished multi-sport player in football and basketball. As part of the Bowling Green Falcons, he helped the team win the MAC Championship game in 2013. Anthony Walker, Pace’s assistant football coach, credits Montgomery’s success to his work ethic at Pace and at Bowling Green.

“It’s great for him and his family for him to pursue his dream of being a professional player, and it’s great that he’s able to come back home,” said Walker.
