Tobias Vom Icer, affectionately known as “Toby,” is a gorgeous 14-month old German Shepherd owned by Abel Fernandez.
Toby was just 12 months old in the photo that was shared by Fernandez.
Fernandez created the Miami Lakes Pet Owners page on Facebook, “to bring together Miami Lakers who are passionate about their pets,” he said. “Whether it’s a dog, cat or bird! They all bring joy to our homes.”
