If you live in downtown Miami Lakes, chances are you’ve already met Cooper, a 3-year-old Goldendoodle.
The 75-pound boy has lived with Dainelys Del Alcazar and Albert Cruz since he was a puppy.
“Because he’s so big and fluffy, people are drawn to him,” Del Alcazar said. “He’s the cuddliest and friendliest dog you could ever meet. He’s a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you and play with you, there’s no getting rid of him.”
Cooper’s favorite trick is to present his toys to visitors. Though he is very friendly, he barks to warn the couple when the Amazon package carrier is arriving.
Cooper is a good sport, shown above wearing a belt on Halloween to look like Chewbacca from the “Star Wars” movies.
“He loves being part of the Miami Lakes community and saying ‘hi’ to all of our neighbors,” she said.
