Miami Lakes Neighborhood Improvement Committee (NIC) presented a $200 Home Depot Gift Card to Orlando and Liz Lara, the Spring winners of the 2014 Home Beautification Contest, which recognizes residents who take special care in maintaining their homes and landscaping.
