Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) held a successful National College fair at the Doubletree Miami Airport Hotel. Thousands of students and their parents attended the four-hour event to meet with representatives of more than 200 colleges and universities from around the world, to ask questions about admissions, financial aid and testing requirements.
“The College Fair provides families with valuable information that will help their children plan their college studies, decide their field of academic endeavor, and choose a career path,” said School Board Chair Perla Tabares Hantman, who has been co-chair of the local National College Fair committee for the past 19 years.
