Miami Lakes Youth Center will be hosting several fun and exciting programs for middle and high school students at “The Spot” in from 6 to 8 p.m. through November and December at 6075 Miami Lakes Drive.
Friday, November 17 - Ice Cream Night. You Scream! We all scream for ice cream at The Spot. Bring friends out for some tasty ice cream thanks to sponsor Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream of Miami Lakes.
Wednesday, November 22 - Thanksgiving Party. Join The Spot for a game of pin the tail feathers on the Turkey and Cornhole. Win some prizes for best Thanksgiving costume and karaoke performance. Attendees will have an opportunity to post “What You’re Thankful For” for The Spot’s “Thankful Wall.”
Friday, December 1 - Ping Pong Tournament. Bring friends and challenge them to a game of table tennis.
Wednesday, December 6 - Open Hang Night. The Youth Center is equipped with a billiard table, table tennis, indoor basketball shootout game, XboxOne, and more.
Friday, December 15 - Friendship Bracelet Night. Bring friends for a fun night of friendship and create personalized bracelets to share. Supplies will be provided.
Wednesday, December 20 - Snow Cone Night. Bring friends and hang out for a night of “Icy Deliciousness” sponsored by Kona Ice.
