“The business’s New Year’s resolution is to continue to provide great quality and great service to our clients, expand our presence in Miami Lakes and continue to make people happy in Miami Lakes,” Jorge Berrios said.  “Continue to build our brand and our reputation and continue to build up our success in 2024 and provide our employees with a healthy work environment and hopefully scale the business and expand the brand. For my own personal New Year’s resolution, I’d like to focus on health, spirituality and good energy and giving back to the community.”

“For myself this year I want to focus on being able to slow down a bit,” Connie Amador said.  “I think I am so [attuned] and passionate about the work that I do and I am constantly thinking about how I can improve and do more. At the same time I cannot pour into another cup if I am empty myself.”

Miguel Molina Co-Owner, Movement Lab Miami Lakes

“For me, I have two big ones: formally learn how to dance salsa and take classes, and do better cooking from scratch,” Miguel Molina said.
