Pedro Estopiñán  Business Development Specialist, Fision by Hotwire Communications  Homestead

“I can’t go out to a restaurant and find one that does not cook everything in seed oils,” Pedro Estopiñán said. “That’s the only thing I wish that was different at restaurants.”

Xiomara Castillo  Realtor Associate, The Keyes Company  Miami Lakes

“When I don’t get attention, when I sit there and no one comes,” Xiomara Castillo said. “Then you order your meal, and they just disappear. That really bothers me.”

Juliete Misas  Owner Bossy Wellness & Aesthetics  Hialeah

“Yes when the [restaurants] are too cold,” Juliete Misas said. “I’m always cold, so I always bring a sweater with me. I prefer to sit outside, but my husband doesn’t like the heat. Somehow, I always end up next to the vent, without fail.”

Lens Faustin Corporate Gift Specialist, The Glory Candle Hialeah Gardens

“It’s the service, the quality of service,” Lens Faustin said. “It’s not about how fast the food comes, but the atmosphere [and service].”

Manuel Quevedo Fire Services Sales Executive, Johnson Controls Fire Protection Country Walk

“When I’m done eating, I want them to clear the table,” Manuel Quevedo said. “I don’t like to see my empty plate or glasses. I even stack them.”
