Although Fall is just around the corner, the Town of Miami Lakes continues to offer two camps during the school summer break in partnership with PEAR and the YMCA.
The camps run Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., for children ages 5 to 15.
Summer camp with PEAR takes place at the new Youth Center at Miami Lakes East Park, 6075 Miami Lakes Drive East, while the YMCA hosts its camp on the westside at the Roberto Alonso Community Center at 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue.
Both organizations also offer after school care from 2 to 6 p.m. during the school year with transportation available.
