Miami Lakes Farmers Market returns

Business Thursday, April 15, 2021

The Miami Lakes Farmers Market resumes operations on Saturday, April 17, in a new location and with extended hours.

Before the coronavirus pandemic began, the market was held for a half day on Saturdays in Picnic Park West.

Now vendors will set up along New Barn Road, between Main Street and Northwest 67th Avenue in Miami Lakes.

Scheduled to be open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be plenty of parking available for downtown shoppers.

There is plenty of room, too, for market visitors to bring their dogs.

Vendors will sell fresh produce, natural juices, flowers, prepared foods, and handcrafted accessories, the town says.

Exhibitors may email flamarketplacegroup@gmail.com for more information.
