Anthony Dieguez, the founding member of the Miami Lakes Bar Association, received a proclamation during the Jan. 21 council meeting for his years of service to the area’s legal community, the town said.
The recognition came from his son, Councilman Josh Dieguez, and town’s other elected officials. They are, left to right above, Councilmembers Marilyn Ruano;

Anthony Dieguez is the managing partner of Dieguez & Associates, PLLC in Miami Lakes, where his son is an associate attorney.
