J. Perez and R. Rodriguez announce their engagement

Miami Lakes residents Jennine Perez and Reggy Rodriguez first met as students at Barbara Goleman Senior High School. Nine years have passed since they first began dating and on Christmas Eve 2014, Rodriguez proposed to Perez. Family and friends are looking forward to the wedding set for summer 2016.

Miami Lakes CROP Hunger Walk scheduled Feb. 28

  The Miami Lakes CROP Hunger Walk is a local event which aims to raise thousands of dollars to help end hunger and poverty in the community and around the world.
