Miami-Dade County Animals Services is waiving adoption fees for large dogs over 35 pounds from now through April 30. All large dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to go to a forever home. Adopters are responsible for a $27 license fee.   It’s time once again for the Great Strides Miami Lakes Walk to be held on Saturday, April 26, to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The event will take place at Graham Park at the corner of Miami Lakeway North and Meadow Walk Lane.
