Ribbon-cutting ceremony which officially opened Miami Lakes’ new Youth Center, “The Spot,” featured town officials including Mayor Michael Pizzi, Councilmembers Tony Lama, Manny Cid, Ceasar Mestre and Frank Mingo, along with Town Manager Alex Rey.
