The Town of Miami Lakes has gone pink during the month of October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each night, Town Hall is beautifully illuminated in pink and throughout the day, lobby lights are the shade of pink.   The Town of Miami Lakes will host a Swearing-in Ceremony of the newly elected Town Council members at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 6. The event will be held at the Government Center, 6601 Main Street, with a reception following the ceremony. Incumbent Councilmembers Tim Daubert and Frank Mingo were elected without opposition.
