The coronavirus pandemic forced the closing of the Miami Lakes Hotel in town, but when one door closes, sometimes another one opens. The Graham Companies owns the hotel and donated contents from the shuttered property – beds, dressers, sofas and lamps from about 30 rooms-- to Lotus House in Miami.
