Miami Lakes will hold its annual Community Recital from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 30. The free event, open to the public, will take place at Barbara Goleman Senior High School Auditorium, 14100 N.W. 89 Avenue, and will feature performances from a wide variety of year-long community programs which are held in the town.
The youth Martial Arts, Ballet and Jazz classes, the senior Tai-Chi and nutrition class, and the adult Yoga and Line Dancing classes will all take part in the recital.
The town expressed its appreciation to its community partners – Hialeah Miami Lakes Adult and Community Education, which provides the free senior Tai-Chi and nutrition, arts and crafts, knitting and crocheting, sewing and computer classes; and Miami Dade College which provides the adult Line Dancing and Yoga classes.
