BGEC marks Autism Awareness

Bob Graham Education Center (BGEC) students celebrated World Autism Awareness Day on April 2. It is an internationally recognized day encouraging member states of the United Nations to take measures to raise awareness about people with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout the world. It was a day filled with fun activities for the student body as they brought awareness to their school community. In addition, the students had a fundraiser to benefit UM Card of Miami Lakes which provides services to the students in the school and the community at large.
