Calling all talented gals, 60+ for Ms. Senior Miami Lakes contest

    The Town of Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee is accepting applications from women ages 60 and above for the Ms. Senior Miami Lakes show.  

     It will be held in town on Feb. 13.

     Competitors can demonstrate any kind of talent, whether reciting poetry, reading literature, singing, dancing or playing an instrument.

     Applications may be obtained from Committee Chair Dottie Wix, at 305-331-3895, and are due to her by Dec. 31. 

      “The purpose is to celebrate talented senior women in town,” Wix said. “I think it’s going to be fun.”
