Dr. Marcos Rejtman, Medical Director for Catholic Hospice, has been granted the Hospice Medical Director Certified Credential from the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board. Rejtman was recognized for his commitment to improving the quality of life by displaying professional competency in the hospice industry.
The Hospice Medical Director Certification Board (HMDCB) is a not-for-profit, certifying body, which was established to design, implement, and evaluate a certification program for hospice medical directors and other physicians who provide hospice care for patients. HMDCB is solely responsible for the development, administration and evaluation of the certification program.
Rejtman has been the Medical Director for Catholic Hospice since 2010 and Catholic Palliative Care Services since its inception in 2013. He has over 14 years of Hospice and Palliative medicine experience. Rejtman sub-specialized and was certified in Geriatric Medicine in 2002.
