Learn basic lifesaving skills such as adult and pediatric hands-only CPR; early stroke recognition; stopping the bleed and blocked airway emergencies for adults, children and infants. Interactive lecture and hands-on skills practice. This is awareness level training with minimal physical activity for people without medical backgrounds.
