Football, faith and family – a trifecta for a great afternoon.
On Sunday, September 21, over 100 Dade Christian School and New Testament Baptist Church members attended the Miami Dolphins-Kansas City Chiefs game for a special “Faith and Family” event.
The day’s festivities included pre- and post-game tailgating sponsored by Flanigan’s, and the inductions of Jeff Cross, Sam Madison, Tony Nathan and Ed Newman into the Walk of Fame.
The crowd had a wonderful time cheering on the Dolphins, despite the disappointing loss. After the game, Pastor Woody Bennett, a former Miami Dolphins running back, shared his life-changing testimony with the crowd.
The night ended with a special postgame concert performed by Christian pop artist Jonny Diaz.
