Fla. Rep. Tom Fabricio is seeking a fourth term in the statehouse, and filed in January to run in the Nov. 3, 2026 election.

Fabricio is a Republican who lives in Miami Lakes.

District 110 includes part of Hialeah, Country Club, Palm Springs North and Miami Lakes. His office is in town.

He was first elected to the legislature in 2020 and has filed several bills to win compensation for owners of properties damaged by limestone blasting.

During this year’s session he and Fla. Sen. Bryan Avila, R-Hialeah Gardens, returned $1.6 million for  projects in town: extension of the turn lane on southbound Northwest 77th Court from westbound Northwest 154th Street and flood prevention along Big Cypress Drive between Miami Lakeway South and Twin Sabal Drive.

While in his 2024 campaign, Fabricio said that during four years, he brought back over $60 million to the area; championed the expansion of telehealth and worked to allow police officers to take their vehicles home.

An attorney, he is married to attorney Laura Fabricio. They homeschool their two daughters.

As of Sept. 26, Fabricio did not have an opponent.
