The Florida Department of Transportation has scheduled a community meeting for 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, at the Country Club of Miami, 6801 N.W. 186 Street, to give property owners and interested parties an opportunity to learn more about the agency’s proposed improvement plans on I-75.

One westbound lane of the Sheridan Street Bridge will be closed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
One eastbound lane of Sheridan Street Bridge will be closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For the north of Griffin Road to I-595 project, construction crews will be completing sound barrier wall construction along the benefited communities. The contractor will also begin building the future express lanes in the existing median. Other activities include excavating near Royal Palm Boulevard to create ponds for future drainage. Crews will also continue building the foundations for the new bridge that will connect I-595 Express and 75 Express.
