Future Educators of America Club at MLK-8 Center gathers canned goods

     The Miami Lakes K-8 Center’s Future Educators of America Club held its annual canned food drive at the school from Oct. 27 to Nov. 14. This year, the club collected around 300 cans that will be donated to the Miami Rescue Mission, the school said. 

     Cans were also donated to Miami-Dade County Public Schools Board Member Roberto Alonso’s Thanksgiving Food Drive.
