South Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America (BSA) hosted its 2013 Distinguished Citizen Awards Dinner on December 5 at the Signature Grand in Davie and celebrated the 103rd anniversary of BSA.
The evening honored former Florida Governor and U.S. Senator Bob Graham and Nova Southeastern University Chancellor Ray Ferrero Jr. for their outstanding community dedication and service that embodies the principles of Scouting.
