After a successful Kickstarter campaign and approximately one year of production, Miami Lakes filmmakers, Samurai Snacks Productions, announced the completion of their first collective short film: Fantasy Inn.
Fantasy Inn will be shown at The Main Street Playhouse located at 6766 Main Street in Miami Lakes. The first screening is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, at 2:30 p.m. The following screenings are Sunday, May 18, at 6:30 and 8 p.m., and Monday, May 19, at 8 p.m.
Fantasy Inn consists of five unique stories all taking place in the same motel room. Each of the four members of Samurai Snacks Productions, Jason Lyzniak, Ashley Perdigon, Ileana Hernandez, and Alex Casanova, wrote and directed their own story and collaborated on the fifth.
Mature audiences only. Screenings are free, but a suggested $5 donation at the door is requested to cover screening costs. Concessions will be available for purchase and prizes will be raffled off.
