JetStream Federal Credit Union’s administrative offices have been relocated to the Leroy Collins building, 7900 Oak Lane, Suite 300 in Miami Lakes as of late July. The mailing address for all correspondence and billing remains the same at P.O. Box 5487 Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
The new location is double the square footage of the former administrative offices to allot room for the credit union’s growing needs. JetStream’s president and CEO, Jeanne Kucey, notes that the credit union has doubled net income year after year since 2009. The headquarter’s new look and new technology at the Leroy Collins building will also feature a full service ATM.
Despite the move of the administrative offices, which include senior management and accounting among other departments, the tellers and ATM location at 6600 Cow Pen Road will remain in service until September before transitioning to a space in the Royal Oaks Shopping Center at 15420 N.W. 77 Court.
JetSteam members may also use the ATM located at the Publix, 15000 Miami Lakes Drive, for a surcharge. Office hours at the Cow Pen Road ATM location and the new administrative offices are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Check deposits can also be made using JetStream’s mobile app available on iPhones and Android phones.
JetStream’s updates extend to more than a larger location, as they are now one of the first credit unions to offer a specialized EMV chip in debit and credit cards for heightened security. The chip uses secure technology to make it more difficult to copy account information, better protecting users from fraud. The chip card is is accepted at any location that accepts Visa.
