Magali Behar, a long time Royal Oaks resident, has launched her law firm consulting company Behar Solutions Group. After her last employer was bought out by a large national firm and most personnel were told to find other employment, Behar decided to begin her own business in law firm consulting utilizing her 30 years of experience.
As a law firm consultant, Behar can provide firms who are in need of an administrator, but are unable to fund the cost of a full time employee, the opportunity to employ a professional.
"Some firms have limited budgets, and can't find the right person within their budget who has the full package of credentials needed to be successful in running a law practice," said Behar. "I can provide these law firms with the access to a seasoned professional at a fraction of the cost.”
In addition to her experience as a legal administrator, Behar's CPA background allow her to successfully report, budget, and forecast which are crucial aspects of successful businesses.
Behar has first hand experience in streamlining operations procedures, collaboration with IT departments, benefits packages, hiring, policies, employee handbooks, negotiations with banks, developing budgeting processes to suit the unique needs of each firm, and devising general ledger accounts to track expenditures within various divisions of a firm.
