For residents who may have missed the March 1 Homestead Exemption deadline, Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser Pedro J. Garcia invites them to meet one-of-one with his staff from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, at Town Hall, 6601 Main Street.
The staff will review an individual’s exemption status and address questions or concerns. Attendees are asked to complete the “Extenuating Circumstances” form in order for the staff to process later applications for Homestead Exemptions.
